To whom it may concern:

This is to certify that Ron, The Light Doctor, provided superior service for our bronze lighting fixtures (two wall sconces, three ceiling fixtures, and a chandelier) that date back to the 1920’s.

Ron worked within our budget. He removed our six fixtures and supplied temporary lighting. He stopped over at our house with different samples so I could decide on the appropriate finish. He then cleaned the fixtures. One was painted and the rest were very tarnished and dirty. Within the promised deadline, he returned with our six brand new looking fixtures. I was astounded at how beautiful they turned out. He removed the temporary lighting and installed our fixtures. Some of the wiring was very old, and I feel better that we have new wiring too. For our chandelier, he came back later in the day with four new bulbs that really make the crystal sparkle.

If you are wondering whether you should replace your old fixtures, I highly recommend that you check into Ron cleaning them. I hope that you experience the same level of satisfaction enjoyed by us during our interaction with The Light Doctors.

Ron,
The Light Doctor, is an invaluable resource in Milwaukee. He is the only person that I know in the city who restores vintage and antique lighting with the tender loving care that it requires. In my current job, I am responsible for the upkeep of an architectural treasure built in 1923 which was designed as a City of Milwaukee Historic Structure. Ron restored and rewired an exquisite Parisian crystal chandelier and four floor lamps original to the house. He provided exemplary customer service, and his passion for these vintage pieces was obvious. Since they were returned to the building, I have had many colleagues comment on their beauty. And I feel great because I actually saved money having these restored, rather than buying new of lower quality. I couldn’t recommend Ron more highly!

I had a favorite chandelier from the 1930’s which required repair over the years. The last time the so called “experts” told me it could NOT be fixed. I didn’t want another light fixture, I wanted that one fixed. So I gave up hope on it. Then I met The Light Doctor. When he was told that it could not be repaired, he said, “I can fix anything.” And he did! In a very short turnaround time, it was repaired and returned to me for a very reasonable cost.

I am very happy with the service from Exclusive Lighting Gallery!
